Hi there, my name is Jean Franklin (nee Thompson). I lived at Springtown Camp from 1946 until 1953. I am now 73 years old. The little boy in the picture is my brother Drew Thompson. He is 65 years old now. He was born at Springtown camp on 25 November 1947. In the picture I think he is about 3 years old. We lived at number 224. My other brothers are in one of the Springtown Camp books which I have bought; their names are Jim and Winston Thompson. I also have an older brother called Nickie.  My mum’s name was Florence and my dad’s name was Nicholas.
